Special thank you for the great contributions and stories provided by Dave Musser, Steve Cavallo, Billy Rakow, Bill Stetz, Frank Mitchell, Greg Berger and many others but wanted to specially highlight these individuals as they have been my friend ever since day 1 on this project and legacy.
